It allows discovery, evaluation and use of workplace skills web-based learning resources that are responsive to the requirements of the local and global working environments. <br /> <br /> It believes in <span style="font-weight: bold;">not-reinventing the whee</span>l, and promotes the re-usability of free and quality e-services in the digital world to meet the workplace skills and JOB NEEDS of the Philippine out-of-school youth, the under-employed, un-employed, the empowered women, and marginalized sectors.<br /> <br /> It offers the platform for real-time web-based communication and collaboration of the learners and workplace skills training providers.
